Ukrainians, other Christians remember today the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, the ‘Prince of Peace’

While politicians and government leaders contemplate on what to do about the ongoing onslaught in Ukraine, Christians all over the world begin today a weeklong commemoration of the death, burial and resurrection of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Appropriately so. If one were to believe the Bible as the written Word of God, he or she would learn that the only real hope in life is already provided for by and through the atoning sacrifice of the Lamb and Begotten Son of God some 2,000 years ago.
I pray that that were the case for every single individual wherever each one might happen to be.
